Hi !

I went in Ireland last summer and I really really enjoyed !!! We made a trip with a friend around scotland and Ireland . We visited Dublin, Cork, county Kerry, The Burren , the cliffs of Moher and Galway . Ireland is such a beautiful country with the misty hills and the seaviews . and the people are really kind always helpfull . It gave me the will to learn gaelic and more about irish culture and legends . And to return there soon !

I've always wanted to go to Ireland, but alas I am rendered from going for a number of reasons. So I guess Ican go ahead and ask questions about it until I can. When would be the best time to go?..

Hi everyone,

I am anxiously waiting for May 7th to arrive which will start my 12 day "walk-about" around the Emerald Isle. 2 days in Dublin then a 4 day motorcycle tour of the south and southwest. Stopping in Kilkenny then down to Kinsale, back up to Ennis than back to Dublin. After that it's a train ride up into Northern Ireland for a 3 day look-about. Dad says thats where our family originated and we supposedly have living relatives there. Not sure I'm after looking them up though. A bit self-conscious about being another pesky American looking for their roots.. Embarassed
Then it's back to Dublin for the weekend before heading back home. I should have plenty of pics and some video of my ride through the south.
